I have the items that match a NeedZone request... what should I do?

NeedZone is where our customers add items they can not currently find listed on the site. 

As a seller, you should check GearSource NeedZone regularly. Our buyers add items they are looking for almost daily.

How do you notify a customer that you have the item?

  • First, make sure your item is listed - if you haven't already listed your item, go to www.gearsource.com and click on Add A Listing. Don't forget, on the final step, which is the Confirmation, make sure to click the Save/Submit button to finalize your listing.
  • Once your listing is added and approved by our Listings Team, go to the NeedZone page on GearSource.com® and click "I've Got This!" button on the right hand side of the item that matches your listing. 
  • The system will send the potential buyer an alert that there is now a listing matching their request
  • If the buyer wishes to proceed, they will place an order and you will receive notification from the system asking you to provide shipping.
