Can I change my payout details?
Yes you can. Some information you can be modified yourself and some requires help from the GearSource Administrator before you can make a change.
The following fields can be modified at any time by the user:
- Bank Account number
- Transfer Method
- Company Name
- Nickname
- Address
To make changes to the above-mentioned fields, follow these steps:
- Log-in to your GearSource.com Account
- Click on circle icon in the upper right
- Select Account Settings
- Select Payout Details
- Make Changes
- Save Payout Details
The following fields cannot be modified without first being unlocked by the GearSource Administrator. You can reach out via the online Chat or email administrator@gearsource.com to request assistance.
- Bank Country/Region
- Account Name (must match "exactly" the name on the linked bank account)
- Account Type
- Currency
- Email Address
IMPORTANT: To prevent payment failures and extra fees, make sure your banking information is accurate (exact match to your bank account information) and up-to-date.
