Can I return my order if it is not working?

What is your claim policy?

GearSource.com is a marketplace and therefore our claims/returns and refunds policies may differ by Seller. While some Sellers may not offer a return policy, GearSource does require all Sellers to provide a minimum of 2 business days for Buyers to inspect their items on delivery.

Inspect your delivery as soon as you receive the shipment and if there are issues, make sure to report this to claims@gearsource.com within your 2 day inspection window.

Freight damage must be reported to the carrier upon receipt. If you are not able to check the condition of the packages during the delivery, please sign the Proof Of Delivery with Reserve.
